  “I'm a 67 years old professional Rock climber and Mountaineer. I started having problems on my shoulder several years ago but just ignored the problem. I live in NY and searched around the country to find a doctor that performed multiple shoulder replacements and understood sports medicine. I chose Dr. Steve Levin in January of 2017. He was very good at explaining to me the situation and my options and explained to me what to expect concerning the operation. I had my left shoulder done on February 23. Dr. Levin and the surgery staff were great. They helped put any concerns to rest and did all they could to make me feel comfortable before surgery and in recovery. The overall experience was beyond what I would have expected. In a day and age when it seems like everything is impersonal and some are just in it for the money, Dr. Levin and his staff exhibited a lost virtue: that of genuine concern and wanting to help others. They truly care about the individual and their needs. When I needed assistance with getting information they made the time to help me out right then and not put me off. When I needed advice about PT, they took care of it on the spot. When I would come into the office I noticed that they greeted every person with a smile and concern about their situation. This went a long way in making me feel comfortable and at ease. Once again I would like to personally thank Dr. Steve Levin and his wonderful staff.

  Went in for constipation they took me as a joke as if I was not in any pain. This hospital is racist and did not want to help. I knew my symptoms all I needed was the meds so that I can go home and to work. I will write bad review here and on yelp and BBB. DO NOT GO HERE go to northwestern instead security also was racist against African Americans
