- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called their office to ask if they were excepting new patients and the woman said yes. i then called back 4 other times and no one has answered the phone. The recording says to leave a message because they are either busy, or they're not there. No one has called me back to date. I work for a doctors office and if we did not have rapid response they would bite our heads off. It is absolutly ridiculous. Very poor management, or none at all maybe.October 27, 2017by Rene Caffero
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family and I have been patients of Dr. Lau and occasionally Dr. Wang's for a few years and have had good experiences with them. We will ever return because of the office staff. Sophia is rude, short and acted like she was doing us the favor of making appointments. The focus was not taking care of patients but instead money.February 06, 2017by Wed Account
